Calling all youth interested in a career in construction! HIRE360 in partnership with construction firms and trades partners, are seeking students who are interested in working in the trades for a unique opportunities to learn from the experts. We will offer exposure, work-based learning and internship opportunities to those interested in the construction trades.
Next Chicago Builders
As part of these opportunities, students will be exposed to skills like reading blueprints, basic construction math, and more. Students will participate in Construction Industry and Trades Orientations that address the two main benefits that young people consider in the trades – pay and the ability to learn valuable skills.
The students will also be offered field trips to construction sites and apprenticeship training centers to learn more about the industry and about paid summer internships with some of Chicago’s leading general contractors.
