MENTORSHIP & ALUMNI PROGRAM
We provide a year-round calendar of networking events, peer mentoring, and 1:1 support to ensure that new apprentices begin their careers with a supportive network of resources and opportunities. HIRE360 staff make sure that new apprentices know about openings, continuing education and certification programs that will enhance their skills over the long term. Studies show that, especially in the construction trades, mentorship programs improve placement, retention, advancement, and career satisfaction. PRE-APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING
The trades are more than just constructing a building, they are building a bridge to the life you want. HIRE360’s 8-10 week pre-apprenticeship programs include paid stipends and give you everything you need to become a successful union construction apprentice in more than 30 trades.
