The UNITEHERE! Chicago Hospitality Institute (UHCHI) is an apprenticeship program training candidates for careers in world-class kitchens across Chicago’s hospitality industry. As the apprenticeship program for UNITEHERE! Local 1, the UHCHI program will provide you with culinary training for an in-demand career in hotels, banquet halls, restaurants and sports centers around Chicago. In partnership with HIRE360 and the CFL Workforce & Community Initiative, UHCHI will prepare you for a career as a Chef de Partie and support you as you take the first steps on this great career.
