Rashied brings his experience as a former Chicago Bear Wide Receiver and a co-founder of Saturday Place to fuel his ongoing commitment towards Chicago youth mentorship.

Pat Devaney
Pat serves as the secretary-treasurer of the Illinois AFL-CIO representing labor unions, works on the Illinois State Employment Security Advisory Board and was the former President of the Associated Fire Fighters of IL.

Lisa Duarte
Lisa has a wealth of experience in economics and governmental law, having served as legislative counsel at the City of Chicago Mayor’s Office and as a current partner at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres.

Arthur Zayas Miller
Arthur Zayas Miller is the President and CEO of MZI Group. He grew MZI Group into a leading turnkey electric vehicle infrastructure contractor. His career includes founding MZI Group in 1999, adding a telecom division in 2018, and forging partnerships with major utilities, municipalities, and commercial enterprises.

Dwayne Pickett
Dwayne Pickett is the Vice President of State Government Affairs and Regulatory Advocacy at Constellation. He brings more than 15 years of experience in politics, government and lobbying, having served in key roles with the Ohio House of Representatives, the Ohio Senate, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, Exelon and ComEd.

Marc Poulos
Marc Poulos is the Executive Director of the III FFC. After spending several years in the trades while attending night school, he graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor and a certificate in Labor and Employment Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law. While in law school, he clerked for the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 150 Legal Department and later became IUOE Local 150’s Associate General Counsel.
Marc is a proud Local 150 member and sits on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Prevailing Wage Council, the National Alliance for Fair Contracting and Midwest Operating Engineers Information Technologies.

Julia Stasch
Julia was the former President of the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, one of the nation’s largest philanthropies. Her dedication to community welfare is evident from past roles as the Commissioner of the Department of Housing for the city and the Chief of Staff to Mayor Richard M. Daley.
