Take Charge: EV Charging Pre-Apprenticeship Program

HIRE360’s Electrical Vehicle program is an 8-week pre-apprentice training program that will introduce participants to the Electrical Vehicle and Green Energy industry. This program will also help transition participants to Electrical Trade such as Local 9 and IBEW 134 or other employer opportunities.

  • Test Prep Readiness for IBEW’s union test and the CAST Exam
  • CPR and OSHA-10 certification
  • Career Planning
  • Site-tours
  • Network opportunities
  • Stipend upon program completion

To apply for the program, you must be an Illinois resident who is 18 or older, authorized to work in us, have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a drug test, possess a GED or HS diploma with a C or better in HS Algebra or higher and have a genuine desire to seek a construction job.
