900 W Randolph/164 N Peoria is a transformative 300-unit luxury multifamily development with 3,100 SF of retail and 147 parking spaces located in the heart of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. Designed by world-renowned architect, Morris Adjmi Architects, the Project will feature 300 units, 80% of which will be market rate and 20% of which will be affordable (at or below 50% AMI).
