Don Biernacki

Don serves as Senior Vice President of Construction at Related Midwest and leads a robust equity, diversity and inclusion program to increase participation and equitable access of underrepresented groups in the industry. Don serves as the Board Chair for HIRE360.

Michael Meagher

Mike’s experience in the industry as both the past President of the Chicagoland Associated General Contractors and as President of McHugh Construction positions him as a strong advocate for opportunities in the trades and shaping the industry to be more inclusive. Mike serves as the Board Treasurer for HIRE360.

Don Villar

Don has shaped his career to advance workers’ rights and career opportunities with experience as a licensed attorney, serving as President of NABET-CWA Local 41, and working as Secretary-Treasurer for the Chicago Federation of Labor. Don serves as the Board Secretary for HIRE360.

Rashied Davis

Rashied brings his experience as a former Chicago Bear Wide Receiver and a co-founder of Saturday Place to fuel his ongoing commitment towards Chicago youth mentorship.

Jonathan Jones

Jonathan is the Director of Diversity for the Mid-America Carpenters Regional Council as well as President of Labor Brothers United, sharing a commitment to diversify the Trades and help members build strong careers.

Karen Kent

Karen serves as the first woman President of UNITE HERE Local 1, Chicago’s hospitality workers union, and under her leadership, the organization has achieved significant victories toward ensuring that hospitality jobs are high-quality, family-sustaining careers.

Michael Macellaio

Mike serves as President of the Chicago & Cook County Building Trades, a role dedicated to convening community partnerships and building opportunities for workers.

Brian Ortiz

Brian, a former Union Pipefitter, founded Trinidad Construction upon experiences gained from generations of family business and a lifetime in the construction industry, serving as the company’s CEO and in other community forums to advance opportunities for workers and youth.
